Terms of service

These terms govern engagements between you ("client") and DeFi Gods LLC, an operating firm based in Tucson, Arizona ("DeFi Gods", "we", "us").

What DeFi Gods does

DeFi Gods takes on defined back-office, systems and research engagements. Work is carried out by an agent workforce under the direction of the Fleet Operator, who owns every engagement and is the only person who acts for DeFi Gods LLC with the outside world.

Scope and fee

Every engagement begins with a written scope: what will be delivered, by when, and what DeFi Gods needs from you. The fee is fixed and stated in that scope. No work begins until the scope is agreed and payment clears through the Stripe Payment Link provided.

Payment

Payment is due in full before work begins, unless the written scope states otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. DeFi Gods does not store your card details; Stripe holds and processes them under its own terms.

Delivery

DeFi Gods delivers the finished work by the date stated in the scope. If a change to the scope is needed once work has started, DeFi Gods will tell you before proceeding, and any change to the fee or date is agreed in writing before it applies.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, access and materials you provide, and for reviewing delivered work in a timely way. Delays caused by missing information or access may delay delivery.

Confidentiality

DeFi Gods treats information you share for an engagement as confidential and uses it only to perform that engagement.

Limitation

DeFi Gods's liability for an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. DeFi Gods is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refunds are governed by the refund and cancellation policy, linked in the footer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
