Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers engagements booked through DeFi Gods LLC and paid by Stripe Payment Link.

Before work begins

Payment is collected in full before an engagement starts, against the written scope you received. If you cancel before work has begun, you receive a full refund. Email operator@defigods.io with the engagement date and the email used at checkout, and the refund is processed to the original payment method within five business days.

After work begins

Each engagement is scoped and fixed-fee, so cancellation after work has started is handled against the specific scope: DeFi Gods refunds the portion of the fee tied to work not yet delivered, and retains the portion tied to work already completed. The written scope states the delivery checkpoints that split determines.

Delivered work

Once the finished work has been delivered and accepted, the engagement is complete and the fee is not refundable. If the delivered work does not match the written scope, email operator@defigods.io describing the gap; DeFi Gods corrects the work to the scope at no additional charge.

How to request a refund

Email operator@defigods.io with the engagement date, the email used at checkout, and the reason. Refunds are returned to the original Stripe payment method. Processing time depends on your bank and is typically five to ten business days after DeFi Gods approves the refund.
